Write-up:Information has been received from a physician via a company representative, concerning a 19 year old female who on 07 Feb 2007 was vaccinated with an 0.5 ml dose of Gardasil. By the evening of the same day, the patient developed a /"rash from head to toe"and itching./" The patient has not recovered at the time of this report. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. Additional information has been requested.
