Write-up: Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning an 18 year old female, with no pertinent medical history with allergies to erythromycin and sulfamethoxazole (+) SEPTRA who on 06-FEB-2007 was vaccinated with Gardasil (yeast), (Lot # 654885/1424F). There was no concomitant medication. On 06-FEB-2007 the patient developed chest pain when taking deep breaths. No other symptoms. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of the report, the patient had not recovered. Additional information has been requested.
