Write-up:Information has been received from a physician, via a company representative concerning a 25 year old female with a history of allergies to /"many products,/" who on 26-JAN-2007 was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil (yeast). On 05-FEB-2007 the pa"tient called the physician after she developed hives. The patient believed the hives were /"caused by the vaccination,/" though the development and timing of the onset of the hives was unclear. The patient was instructed to take BENADRYL as treatment.
