Write-up: Information has been received from a physician, via a company representative concerning a 25 year old female with a history of allergies to "many products," who on 26-JAN-2007 was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil (yeast). On 05-FEB-2007 the patient called the physician after she developed hives. The patient believed the hives were "caused by the vaccination," though the development and timing of the onset of the hives was unclear. The patient was instructed to take BENADRYL as treatment. Additional information has been requested.
