Write-up: Information has been received from a licensed practical nurse, for the Pregnancy Registry for Gardasil concerning a 25 year old female with drug hypersensitivity to ENTEX, erythromycin, codeine, LORTAB, and IMITREX and a history of pregnancy who on 21-NOV"-2006 was vaccinated with first dose of Gardasil (lot # 654702/0011U) IM. On 22-JAN-2007, the patient was vaccinated with second dose of Gardasil (lot # 654702/0011U), IM. Concomitant therapy included amitriptylline hydrochloride. The patient sought medic
