Write-up:Ct c/o feeling of throat tightening up and difficulty breathing approx 3 1/2-4 hrs of receiving vaccinations. Went to bed and next am awake with throat tightness and breathing trouble, but left eye was swollen shut, right eye puffy, hands and arms swolle"n bilat., temp 100.9, earlobes also swollen, rash with red blotchness right hand. No local reaction, no arthralgia, ct saw pcp on 2/27/07. Treated with Benadryl 50mg a 6 hour x 2-3 days. Improved substantially by 3/27
