Write-up: Generalized itching started the evening of vaccine. Increased in sensitivity, esp in scalp over next 3 days. Broke out in hives 3 days after vaccine-both arms and face. Given po Benadryl with improvement. Hives gone after 2 doses of Benadryl. Rx for Zyrtec started.
