Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a female (age not reported) who on 30-JAN-2007 was vaccinated with the second 0.5 mL dose of HPV vaccine. Concomitant therapy included unspecified hormonal contraceptives. On 31-JAN-2007, t"he patient developed a rash under skin that covered entire body except her legs.
