Write-up: Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a female (age not reported) who on 30-JAN-2007 was vaccinated with the second 0.5 mL dose of HPV vaccine. Concomitant therapy included unspecified hormonal contraceptives. On 31-JAN-2007, the patient developed a rash under skin that covered entire body except her legs. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of this report, the patient had not recovered from the event. The nurse did mention that the patient "did not have a reaction to the first injection of HPV vaccine. Additional information has been requested.
