Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse practitioner concerning a 21 year old female who on unspecified dates was vaccinated intramuscularly with the first and second doses of Gardasil. Subsequently, the patient experienced dizziness and injection site"stinging following the first vaccination and injection site stinging following the second vaccination.
