Write-up:Information has been received from a consumer concerning her 19 year old daughter who on approximately 17-JAN-2006 was vaccainted with a dose of Gardasil. Subsequently the patient developed a /"rash from head to toe./" It was reported that the patient had"followed up with her physician. At the tiem of the report, the patient''''s rash persisted. Additional information is not expected.
