Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a female (age not reported) with pertinent medical history and drug reactions/allergies reported as unspecified who on 28-JAN-2007 was vaccinated with HPV vaccine (yeast) (lot# not reported)", 0.5 ml IM. Concomitant therapy was unspecified. On approximately 28-JAN-2007, the patient experienced redness at the injection site with tingling in her arms. The condition progressed to tingling in her fingers with numbness in both arms and fingers. T
