After vaccination, GARDASIL, respectively (second dose lot# 653735/0688F given IM). Concomitant therapy given on 03-JAN-2007 included a dose of MENACTRA. There was no illness at the time of vaccination. On approximately 03-JAN-2007, the patient fainted. experienced fatigue and subsequently recovered. After the second vaccination on 06-MAR-2007, the patient experienced nausea and extreme fatigue. After one of the vaccination the patient fainted.(yeast). Unspecified medical attention was sought.
