Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning an approximately 23 year old female (patient 4 of 4) who was vaccinated with HPV vaccine (yeast). The registered nurse reported that she and another nurse had given /"numerous/" Gardasil vac"cinations. Subsequently this patient experienced a /"trickle of blood down her arm when the needle withdrawn/". The nurse further commented that there was /"nothing wrong with the patient, she didn''''t even notice/" and, /"there was no blood in the syrin
