Write-up:Information has been received from a health professional concerning a 12 year old white female who on 28-DEC-2006 was vaccinated intramuscularly with the first dose of HPV vaccine (yeast) (lot# 653735/0688F). Concomitant therapy included varicella virus v"accine live (MSD) received on 08-DEC-2006 and Menactra vaccine received on 27-NOV-2006. On approximately 26-JAN-2007 the patient experienced an extremely heavy menstrual cycle with more cramps than previous cycles, one episode of pain in the groin area a
