Write-up: Information has been received from a health professional concerning a 12 year old white female who on 28-DEC-2006 was vaccinated intramuscularly with the first dose of HPV vaccine (yeast) (lot# 653735/0688F). Concomitant therapy included varicella virus vaccine live (MSD) received on 08-DEC-2006 and Menactra vaccine received on 27-NOV-2006. On approximately 26-JAN-2007 the patient experienced an extremely heavy menstrual cycle with more cramps than previous cycles, one episode of pain in the groin area and shortness of breath while at basketball practice. At the time of this report it was unknown if the patient had recovered from these events.
