Write-up:Information has been received from a 22 year old female certified medical assistant who on 12-SEP-2006 was vaccinated IM with the first dose of Gardasil (yeast) (Lot#653735/0688F). On 13-NOV-2006 the patient received the second dose of Gardasil (yeast) (L"ot#653735/0688F). Concomitant therapy included Depo-Provera. On an unspecified date in December 2006, the patient began with vaginal bleeding /"on and off for several weeks. On 13-JAN-2007 the patient started with a flow that was very heavy lasting seven
