Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning his 20 year old female daughter with no other pertinent medical history reported. On 18-JAN-2007, the patient was vaccinated IM with the first 0.5 ml dose of Gardasil (yeast). There were no concomi"tant medications reported. On 28-JAN-2007, the patient developed unilateral supraclavicular lympadenopathy. There were no other symptoms reported. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of this report, the patient had not recovered
