Write-up:Information has been received from a 25 year old female office manager who on 13-DEC-2006 was vaccinated with a first 0.5 mL dose of HPV VLP vaccine (yeast). On 13-DEC-2006, the patient developed a small bump under the skin that was tender after receiving"the vaccination. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of this report, the patient''''s small, tender bump under the skin persisted. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
