Write-up: Information has been received from a medical assistant concerning a 16 year old female with a penicillin, sulfonamide and cefaclor (CECLOR) allergy who on 29-NOV-2006 was vaccinated with a dose of HPV vaccine (yeast). It was reported that ever since she was given the vaccine, the patient experienced hot flashes and nausea. Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of this report, the outcome was unknown. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
