Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a 19 year old female with allergy to cefaclor (CECLOR) who on 22-NOV-2006 was vaccinated with the first dose of HPV vaccine (yeast). Concomitant therapy included ethinyl estradiol (+) etonog"estrel (NUVARING), lansoprazole (PREVACID) and minocycline HCl. On 03-JAN-2007, the patient had a cervical (PAP) smear.
