Write-up: Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a 19 year old female with allergy to cefaclor (CECLOR) who on 22-NOV-2006 was vaccinated with the first dose of HPV vaccine (yeast). Concomitant therapy included ethinyl estradiol (+) etonogestrel (NUVARING), lansoprazole (PREVACID) and minocycline HCl. On 03-JAN-2007, the patient had a cervical (PAP) smear. The patient tested positive for Papilloma viral infection (HPV). On 11-JAN-2007, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of HPV vaccine (yeast). (Lot # 655617/1447F). The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of the report, it was unknown if the patient recovered. Additional information has been requested.
