Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a female who on 14-DEC-2006 was vaccinated by injection with the first dose of HPV vaccine (yeast). On 14-DEC-2006 the patient experienced fatigue after HPV vaccine (yeast) was administered. The p"atient received the second dose of HPV vaccine (yeast) on 15-JAN-2007 and did not experience any further symptoms. The patient sought unspecified medical attention.
