Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a 19 year old female who on 27-DEC-2006 was vaccinated in the arm (unspecified) with the first dose of Gardasil (lot #654885/1424F). There was no concomitant medication. On 24-DEC-2006, the"patient developed a rash up and down both arms. The patient''''s rash was treated with Benadryl.
