Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a female who was vaccainted, intramuscularly with the first, 0.5 ml dose of Gardasil. The patient concomitantly received Menactra and Dtap. The patient complained that her subsequent menstrual peri"od was /"much more painful than usual/" with severe menstrual cramping. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of the report, it was unknown if the patient recovered. Additional information has been requested.
