Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a female who was vaccinated, intramuscularly with the first, 0.5 ml dose of Gardasil. The patient concomitantly received Menactra and Dtap. The patient complained that her subsequent menstrual period was "much more painful than usual" with severe menstrual cramping. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of the report, it was unknown if the patient recovered. Additional information has been requested.
