Write-up: This is in follow-up to report(s) previously submitted on 2/14/2007. Information has been received from a physician concerning a 16 year old female patient with on pertinent medical history or drug reactions/allergies, who on 10-NOV-2006 was vaccinated intramuscularly with the first dose of Gardasil (0.5 ml) (lot #653937/0637F). There was no concomitant medication. Subsequently, on an unspecified date, the patient experienced severe cramping after her last menstruation which she had never experienced before. Unspecified medical attention was sought. The physician stated that no further doses of Gardasil will be given until further information was received. At the time of this report, the patient was recovering. No further information is expected. This is one of several report(s) received from the same source.
