Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse concerning a female patient (age unknown) who, on an unspecified date, was vaccinated with a 0.5 ml dose of Gardasil vaccine (yeast). The day after vaccination, the patient felt dizzy and lightheaded and experienced nausea. The patient was admitted to the hospital for 2 days. A CT scan performed at the hospital revealed vertigo. At the time of this report, the outcome was unknown. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
