Write-up: Information has been received from a health professional concerning a 19 year old female with a hypersensitivity to "sepna" who on an unspecified date was vaccinated (at another unspecified physicians office) with the first dose of Gardasil vaccine (yeast) (lot# not provided). Concomitant therapy included naproxen sodium (Aleve) and ibuprofen. Subsequently, the patient reported that she experienced itching and swelling at the injection site which spread to her body. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. At the time of this report it was unknown if the patient had recovered from the event. Additional information has been requested.
