Write-up:Information has been received from a certified medical assistant concerning a patient who on 25 Aug 2006 was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil, intramuscularly. Subsequently the patient developed a herpes virus infection. The patient''''s pediatricia"n had concluded that the infection was not due to Gardasil.
