Write-up:Information has been received from a pharmacist and a 25 year old female patient with sulfonamide allergy reporting that on 18 Dec 2006 the patient was vaccinated IM with a first dose of Gardasil. Concomitant therapy included Lexapro. Four days later, on"approximately 22 Dec 2006, the patient developed painful genital warts. The patient''''s painful genital warts persisted and she sought unspecified medical attention. Additional information has been requested.
