Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a female (age not reported) who in approximately December 2006, was vaccinated with HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine (yeast). In approximately December 2006, when administering the vaccine wi"th the prefilled syringe, the nurse release the spring before removing the syringe, therefore causing the patient pain at the injection site.
