Write-up: Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning a female (age not reported) who in approximately December 2006, was vaccinated with HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine (yeast). In approximately December 2006, when administering the vaccine with the prefilled syringe, the nurse release the spring before removing the syringe, therefore causing the patient pain at the injection site. No additional information was available at the time of reporting. No further information is available. This is in follow-up to report(s) previously submitted on 1/16/2007. Additional information was received from the registered nurse via telephone who reported that the patient received the full dose of the GARDASIL. No additional information is expected.
