Write-up:Information has been received from a Nurse Practitioner concerning an 18 year old female who on 11 Dec 2006 was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil (yeast) (Lot # 653736/0868F). Concomitant therapy included hormonal contraceptives (unspecified). Wi"thin 48 hours post vaccination, on approximately 13 Dec 2006 the patient experienced a severe headache.
