Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a 19 year old female with no persistent medical history or drug reactions/allergies, who on 15-Dec-2006 was vaccinated with Gardasil vaccine (yeast) (0.5 ml). There was no concomitant medication. On 15-Dec-2006, following vaccination, the patient developed a red itchy rash "all over". Unspecified medication attention was sought. At the time of this report the patient had not recovered. No additional information is available.
