Write-up: Information has been received from a Nurse Practitioner concerning a 15 year old female patient who was vaccinated with her first dose of Gardasil. Subsequently, the patient experienced prolonged dizziness. Medical attention was required. The patient recovered. The nurse practitioner reported that she was unsure if the 2nd dose of Gardasil should be administered. Additional information has been requested.
