Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a female who on 12 Dec 2006 was vaccinated with a /"full/" dose of Gardasil. At the time of administration, a small amount of bleeding was reported at the injection site. The bleeding was controlle"d prior to the patient leaving the physician''''s office on 12 Dec 2006.
