Write-up: This is in follow-up to report(s) previously submitted on 1/16/2007. Information has been received from a "nurse" via a company representative and follow up information has been received from a licensed practical nurse concerning an 18 year old female student who on 26-OCT-2006, was vaccinated in the arm with a first dose of GARDASIL (Lot# 653735/0688F). The nurse reported that the patient experienced nausea and dizziness the same day as the vaccination. Follow up information from the nurse also indicated that the patient had experienced nausea, shaking and a "stoned feeling" on 26-OCT-2006. The patient returned to the office and was stable with no urticaria, no erythema, no swelling. Her blood pressure was 118/62, pulse 92 and respiration 20. It was reported that the patient had "blood work" done (results not reported). It was not known whether the patient recovered. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. Subsequently, on the same day, 26-OCT-2006, the patient recovered. Additional information is not expected.
