Write-up: Pain in left arm started four hours after injection could not life or move arm without pain. 24 hours after injection had elevated temp of 100.5 and red blotches below the injection site (but not at the injection site). 72 hours after injection temperature returned to normal and pain was slowly diminishing. 96 hours after injection pain is gone, red blotches are fading. 10 days after injection, red blotches are gone.
