Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse concerning an 18 year old female with a history of two past episodes of seizures (one occurred in 8th grade and another occurred when the patient had her ears pierced) who on 28-Dec-2006 was vaccinated"with a first dose of HPV vaccine (yeast) (lot 654389/0961F).
