Write-up: Information has been received from an RN concerning a female patient who on 05 Dec 2006 was vaccainted with her first dose of HPV vaccine. While she was receiving the injection she developed syncope and a drop in blood pressure. The nurse reported that the patient recovered and was sent home after 30 minutes. Additional information has been requested.
