Write-up: Information has been received from a Nurse Practitioner concerning a female patient who on 08-Nov-2006 was vaccinated IM with a dose of HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine (yeast). Subsequently, she experienced nausea, light-headed feeling, dizziness, sweating, but did not lose consciousness. No medical attention was sought. The nurse practitioner indicated the patient recovered after 20 minutes. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
