Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient who was vaccinated IM with a first dose of Gardasil (yeast). Subsequently the patient developed a shooting pain down her arm where she received the injection. Reportedly the physic"ian does not think this is an adverse experience. Subsequently, the patient recovered from shooting pain down her arm in less than a minute. The patient does not want to come back for a second injection. Additional information has been requested.
