Write-up:Information has been received from a Nurse Practitioner concerning a female patient who on 27-Oct-2006 was vaccinated with a dose of HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine (yeast). The patient fainted in the office, hit her head on the floor and required stitches". Medical attention was sought. At the time of the report the patient was recovering. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
