Initial and follow-up information has been received from a white, 26 year old female, physician assistant whose reported weight was 130 pounds and whose reported height was 67 inches, with no pre-existing allergies or illness who on 01-NOV-2006 was vaccinated intramuscularly (IM) into the left deltoid muscle with the first dose of 0.5 mL dose of GADASIL (Lot # 653978/0955F). The physician assistant reported she felt numbness and tingling down through her left arm and into her hand as GARDASIL vaccine was administered. It was reported that there were no long term effects, all signs and symptoms resolved in a few minutes. Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of this report, the physician assistant had recovered. Additional information has been requested.
