Write-up: Information has been received from a medical assistant concerning a 24 year old female with no other relevant history reported. On 19 Oct 2006, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil (yeast). There were no other concomitant medications"reported. On 19 Oct 2006, the patient developed some initial itching at the injection site that resolved (date unknown).
