Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient "between the ages of 11 and 16 years old" who on an unspecified date was vaccinated with HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine (yeast). Within 1 to 2 days after receiving HPV rL1 6 11 16 18 VLP vaccine (yeast), the patient developed a fever and headache (date unknown). At the time of this report, the outcome of the events were unknown. Additional information has been requested. Upon review of the file, WAES #0610USA0135 has been found to be a duplicate of WAES #0610USA03615. Therefore, WAES # 0610USA0135 is being delated from our files on GRDASIL.
