Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a 16 year old female who on 10/3/06 was vaccinated with 0.5ml of HPV. On 10/4/06, the pt developed muscle aches, fever and shortness of breath. The pt went to the ER. It was unknown if the pt was h"ospitalized. At the time of this report, the outcome of the event was unknown. The physician considered the events to be serious as other important medical events (OMIC). Additional information has been requested.
