Write-up: This case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of injection site pain in a 18-year-old female patient who received BEXSERO. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of BEXSERO. On an unknown date, 1 day after receiving BEXSERO, the patient experienced injection site pain and injected limb mobility decreased. On an unknown date, the outcome of the injection site pain and injected limb mobility decreased were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site pain and injected limb mobility decreased to be related to BEXSERO. Additional details were provided as follows: The reporter stated that, 24 hours after administration of BEXSERO, the patient experienced severe pain at the injection site and the patient had trouble in lifting her arm where she got the injection. The reporter did not have any further information. This case has been linked with US2016067076 reported by same reporter.

Write-up: This case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site pain in a 58-year-old female patient who received BEXSERO (batch number 149001A, expiry date September 2016). Concomitant products included PREVENAR. On 2nd May 2016, the patient received BEXSERO .5 ml. On 2nd May 2016, immediately after receiving BEXSERO, the patient experienced injection site pain and inappropriate age at vaccine administration. On 6th May 2016, the patient experienced lymphadenopathy. On 11th May 2016, the outcome of the injection site pain and lymphadenopathy were recovered/resolved. On an unknown date, the outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site pain and lymphadenopathy to be related to BEXSERO. Additional details were provided as follows: The 58 years old patient received BEXSERO in left arm and PREVENAR in the right arm. This led to inappropriate age at vaccine administration. The patient experienced left arm soreness immediately after receiving BEXSERO and 4 days later she experienced swollen lymph nodes in left armpit, neck, and upper shoulder area between collarbone and neck. On 11th May 2016, the patient was feeling better and the side effects were resolved. No other side effects were reported.

Write-up: Patient was given Tdap, Influenza and BEXSERO in this order. After the BEXSERO was given, patient had loss of consciousness. LOC lasted approx 1-2 minutes. Prior to LOC she was talking to me without difficulty.

Write-up: About 30 minutes after leaving office, patient described pain and numbness of arms and legs, then chest pain and sudden onset of pounding headache. Nausea and vomiting, loss of consciousness. Transported to ER and treated with IV steroid and diphenhydramine; improved.
