Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable other healthcare professional and from a contactable pediatrician via a Pfizer sales representative. A 16-year-old female patient of unspecified ethnicity received TRUMENBA (lot number M37314, expiry date 17Apr2016) at 0.5 ml single and MENACTRA (lot number M15066 and expiry date 30Sep2016) at an unknown dose both via an unspecified route of administration, on unknown date for meningitis-like reaction. Relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously received two doses of MENACTRA at the age of 11 and 12 year-old respectively, without problem. the patient experienced syndrome of meningeal irritation on unknown date which required hospitalization with symptoms of stiff neck and fever. The outcome of the event was unknown.

Write-up: This case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site pain in a 17-year-old male patient who received BEXSERO (batch number 153701, expiry date unknown). On an unknown date, the patient received BEXSERO .5 ml. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving BEXSERO, the patient experienced injection site pain and injection site bruising. On an unknown date, the outcome of the injection site pain was not recovered/not resolved and the outcome of the injection site bruising was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site pain and injection site bruising to be related to BEXSERO. Additional details provided were as follows: The patient experienced painful or sore arm after vaccination with BEXSERO in the deltoid region of his arm. The patient also had bruising on the inside of the arm in which the vaccine was administered. The reporter stated that she preferred to not answer further questions regarding the event due to time constraints. Further product details and patient identifying information was not available at the time of reporting. No further information was reported regarding the event.

On 8th April 2016, the patient received BEXSERO .5 ml. On 13th April 2016, 5 days after receiving BEXSERO, the patient experienced petechial rash. In April 2016, the patient experienced headache. On an unknown date, the outcome of the petechial rash and headache were recovering/resolving. It was unknown if the reporter considered the petechial rash and headache to be related to BEXSERO. Additional details provided were as follows: This case was reported by a other health professional, who herself was the patient''s mother. The patient experienced petechial rash on her upper back which has spread to spinal column and on the same day the patient was taken to emergency room, but was not admitted. In April 2016, less than a week after vaccination, the patient also experienced slight headache. At the time of reporting, the side effects were better, but have not completely resolved.

Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable nurse via Pfizer sales representative. A 16-year-old female patient of an unspecified ethnicity received first dose of TRUMENBA, at single dose on an unspecified date. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient reported various side effects such as: arm immobilization, hardness of the area (deltoid), warmness and develop dark spots in the left deltoid, all on an unspecified date. Patient visited her pediatrician and was informed to wait 4-5 days to observe progress. Eventually, the spots disappeared as well of other side effects. patient completely recovered from the events on an unknown date.
